| Q: How much does it cost for a taxi in Austin? |

| Q: How long will it take for Yellow Cab to pick me up? |
| A: Although Yellow Cab operates with less than a 15 minute pickup time for all of our calls, your situation may be different. Yellow Cab uses Global Positioning Systems to dispatch the closest cab to your address. |
| Q: Does it cost more for additional passengers? |
| A: No. Four people can ride for the price of one. However, The City of Austin ordinance only allows four passengers per taxicab. If you have more than four passengers in your group you will need additional cabs. |
| Q: Are there any special rates or discounts on the taxi fares in Austin? |
| A: No, all taxi fares and rates are set by the City of Austin. All taxi cab companies charge the same rates and no discounts or coupons are permitted. |
| Q: Does Yellow Cab accept credit cards? |
| A: Yes, all Yellow Cabs do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and our very own TaxiCard. |
| Q: I am traveling to Austin with a small child, do you provide child safety seats? |
| A: No. Drivers of Yellow Cab and for-hire vehicles and their passengers are exempt from laws regarding car seats. Passengers with children are encouraged to bring their own car seats, which the drivers will allow passengers to install. |
| Q: Do you allow pets to ride in Yellow Cabs? |
| A: It depends. All Yellow Cabs are owned and operated by independent contractor driver's. It is up to each individual driver whether or not he/she will allow for pets to ride in their cab. However, in compliance with Federal law all ADA or service animals will be transported. |
| Q: What are vouchers and how do they work? |
| A: Vouchers are authorized certificates of taxi fare credit. They are used by our account holders to pay for their taxi fare without cash or credit cards. Vouchers are in the form of a paper slip, but we also provide a paperless voucher system which is stored in our system digitally. Use our secure online form to sign up for an account in minutes. |

| A: Yellow Cab is the sole transportation provider for SoberRide Austin.
